Abby Sue was born at 3:43 a.m.

She weighed in at 7 lbs. 1oz.

She was 20 1/4 inches long.

The day before...

On December 3, I spent the day getting ready for Joyce and LeRoy to arrive and preparing last minute things for going to the hospital. We are scheduled for a c-section at noon tomorrow...

While the kids were playing and we waited for Michael to get home from school, the neighbors called to see if Brianna could come play. After a few minutes with Grandma and Grandpa, they came over. Mollie and Brianna have become pretty good friends over the last year, especially.

After they left, we changed the girls clothes and went to supper at Buffalo Wild Wings in Burleson...I was having regular contractions at dinner and Joyce thought we might be headed for the hospital, not home. But, as is par for the course for me they settled down and became inconsistent.

I asked Michael to take a couple of pictures when we got home.

Then, since I wasn't feeling well, I headed to take a shower...but before I could get there...my water broke!!! And, I was having contractions...a call to labor and delivery, and we knew I was in labor...more to come...
